Payoneer new card takes over a month to approve

Anyone had this problem before? I have ordered a new payoneer card under an old account and it takes over a month to approve. It is for a non adult payments.

Anyone from Payoneer here that can help?

And what does support say? I don't think there is a Payoneer rep. as Payoneer is only for non adult payments.

They say it will take few more days. But been saying this for weeks now.

I got the same issue with paxum, running 2 months now and i haven't received my replacement card yet.
