Nice views, spacious, no bathroom or kitchen shown. But he needs his wife re horrible decorators!! The white couch looks nice but keeping it clean?! I lived with white carpeting for a dozen years or more. Ick.

The tsatskis are ugly, banana wall art is boring, closet is spacious and looks good.

I'd love to know what taxes are and who the neighbors are before I buy. Parking? On-site laundry? Cellar storage?
