                          I've been in news blackout mode as well. I found out about the shootings 2 days after the fact and I'm going back into blackout mode as they are just rehashing this shit continuously and it consumes everything not healthy.

                                          There are too many oddities and lose ends in all of this -- but no proven conspiracy.

                                          In the end we will have perhaps congressional investigations with the inevitable "he acted alone" conclusion -- then years of conspiracy talk with no proof. </case closed>

                                                              They're looking for a reasoned explanation, and are having to stretch the limits of credibility in order to find one. But if the cause is mental illness, then it would defeat all attempts to rationalize his behavior, whether mainstream or fringe.

The conspiracy nutters will always claim the official explanation is fake and go off on some tangent about their dreamed up ideas. Never once do they ever accept the official reasons no matter how much evidence is shown to them but they will instantly believe nonsense with no proof if it's from someone they agree with.
