Maybe think from a business perspective? I know, shocking. In the cheaper country, the person gets a good salary, in the more expensive country, the business gets viable services at a price that allows the hire or contract. If you have more than a few, sometimes it make sense to go where your team is. I have some SA people, and I have been looking at Philippines and Ukraine, but Ukraine coders are just the same they say

I'm one of those expats. I moved here because my wife was Czech, the police had raided me every year I was in business and eventually closed down my business in the UK because I didn't license my videos. So fuck em, the girls here are prettier and the living here more laid back.
I recently went to the UK for a holiday. London feels a foreign city with so many migrants there. Most of the East Enders, Cockneys, have moved out of London. The overcrowding has reached epidemic proportions, councils struggle to house people, jobs are few and far between or for minimum wage, schools are bursting and the NHS can't cope. The vast majority want controlled migration but it's denied to them. 3 million EU migrants in the UK are entitled to benefits, it seems that's the thing blocking the negotiations. The number of non-EU migrants claiming benefits or on a low wage job is staggering.
The number of Brits out of work or on low wages keeps rising. But no one will stop mass migration into the UK.Comment
