Hi. is very easy - find all ip who use hide.me or any other proxy service and block it on the htaccess. you can alsy try find new brain - will be faster.

if you want to know it's possible! I can block proxy servers (I need this) with htaccess and don`t need all proxy servers ip... but with my method I cannot do this with hide.me they use something differently.

Real proxy servers use ips and AS netblocks
CIDR ranges usually will work.
use nicinfo, grep and ufw (or iptables, other firewalls)

pattern match the obvious

.htaccess solutions are not that effective and hard to maintain.

If you are not running payment processing let the processor handle this.
