What Russia needs is a nation of strong awareness of citizenship...for that you need middle class and smart people (not vatniks )...Too bad that Putin and his guys did what they could to actually NOT LET Russia to have society with strong citizenship awareness. What exactly you are curious about?

You should use the medical stats. A chance to catch HIV w/o a rubber during a vaginal sex is about a half of one percent (and about 4% with any person during the anal sex)... in case if the person you have sex with doesn't take meds. If she does take them, the chance to catch the virus is almost 0% (there are many families with HIV+ and HIV- partners that have unprotected sex every day). In Russia HIV treatment is free, so don't do it with fags like Bladewire (he just can't afford HIV treatment in the USA) and with junkies who reject to have any kind of HIV treatment (many of these punks think that HIV just does not exist) and you will be ok. HIV is not a flu and it's very hard to catch it. Ekaterinburg, mentioned in a post above is a "capital" of heroine junkies. So HIV is a real problem there. That's 100% true.

So you can tell me anything, but homos like Bladewire and heroine junkies are on the front line. This is not 80s propaganda, but a pure statistics from 21ths century.
