              1. Clean up the reason why it is on the list if you can
              2. Ask the ad block people to reconsider
              3. Maybe, with the reason for the ban 'partially' mitigated they will accept you payment to be removed from this list.


              Install ad-block and that filter list
              then open up your domain
              if you press cntl+shift+v a dialog of all of the blocked elements on your domain will be listed -- go from there on a clean-up
