I was just wondering a few things about the lack of payments from your program and the abundance of non-compliant SPAM emails.

First --
I have requested payment several times over the last 10 months or so. Can you pay me the $400 you owe me? I've never been paid:

I was told in April by "Ed" that I would be paid back in April. As far as I know, nothing has arrived:

I have unsubscribed about a dozen times, still receive the mailings:

I hate to be one of those people who comes on here to get something like this solved, but nothing else seems to be working and its been almost a year now. If someone could pass this along, much appreciated. Expect it will eventually be paid and the spam will eventually stop, and I'll update this thread when both of those things happen.

Missing a payment from them as well

I got a reply to a ticket in DDG cash on August 23rd saying.
"All good. Payment will go out with next pay dump"

But i have not seen any payment being made yet. It got changed to Stored in NATS but not actually paid.
It did not say exactly when the next payment date would be. I`ve updated the ticket to get a reply to that.

DDG contacted me. I received a sincere apology and payment.

I'm told this is related to their integration with NATS (which makes sense that the settings weren't being followed)... but as of right now this is amicably resolved.

Anyone else who may have outstanding payments should reach out via the messaging system on the NATS platform.
