      If you can make 3d models and do the whole bones rigging/UVWs/etc, then put clothes on the 3d models so that they're not exactly adult, you could make decent money selling them on sites like Turbosquid.com. These days a lot of people are looking for Blender files, but back in the day I made a lot with 3ds Max files.

          Thanks for the advice. I'm familiar with the Turbosquid and similar sites.
          I will consider that option ;)
          It seems that the Blender is more popular these days but I still use 3ds Max.
