ok i know what you mean and i agree ! the problem we have is education - all around the world. your country is a good example for that - even when the thinkers are slowly becommng more and more.

i think that internet is a big reason for that because it is not only a solution to see many different meanings to catch the whole view - it is also an easy instrument for dumbs to find a simple and fast explanation for dummies and make them look like politically up to date.

i think there is a real need for a "voters licence" because we can´t accept that democracy is being used for the silly dreams of the low IQies.
as more dumbs can vote as more dumbs get the chance to be elected.

we could give the voting right also right away to the criminals only or to those who can not read and write - i am sure they have even other ideas to change the world.

Young people in the country where I was born are as good educated as people in Germany or Netherlands [it's white Europe, not black Africa or dancing South America], and prolly better educated than people in UK or Spain [ saying on average]. The problem lays somewhere else - it's the MENTALITY and AGE, as usually older people still live mentally decades ago. There are also differences between big cities and villages/ towns, the last seem to be more close minded.
Let's take a Spain as a brilliant example for that, over there it looks like the whole country would live in XIX century on so many levels [which has its charm though]. Also many old people there...
Also, you are right that if people search for black and white world and easy answers for everything, internet is perfect for that. Even Google helps it. If you start searching for some keyword (like for example: "why russians/americans/whatever are drunk and stupid" ), it will give you 1000's of answers for that. and "thanks" to google suggestion, it will provide you the more and more suggestions and answers from the same scheme...so you will gte narrow minded very soon.

The elections in Holland, The Usa, France, Germany and England are over. We can wait and relax another 3 - 4 years for the next elections. Or are there any more interesting elections coming?

In Holland in the meantime all parties are happy that the own Healthcare risk will be 385 euro instead of 400 euro per year!... That will cost 0,80 cent a month extra.
