I remember seeing people post a 1-800 number or something before.
I hate those bastards, but I really think that all their account feezing lately has more to do with our asshole Big Brother government and the anti-Patriot Act...

Wish I could say the same. When they suspended two of my accounts with considerable dollars in them, the guy that called and left me a message couldn't be bothered to call me back.
So then when I called in to customer service, the girl that answered not only refused to try and help me figure out who the guy was that called me (he had a popular name), but also could not tell me anything beyond what the web site said no matter how I phrased it...
Then when I faxed in what they asked for, they wanted me to fax more. This finally culminated in their reviewer being unable to see that my name on my id and my name on my bank accounts were identical... so they told me I was using someone else's bank account and I needed to get written permission from them to do so.
When I called back the next csr couldn't figure out who to transfer me to in order to work on that problem.
Luckily there are more ways than one to skin a cat, and when I finally did speak to someone at the top, they were quite aggravated with the process I'd gone thru, which was all documented.
Call me crazy but most rational thinkers would be inclined to disregard any opinions/experiences posted by people who either run a competing service or have a link complete with a refcode to a competing service.
My experiences with paypal have been infinitely better than the brief but frustrating experience I had with epassporte.

OK, I will call you crazy.
My marketing contract with ePassporte has nothing to do with how Paypal treats me personally or with my business I do with them. As a matter of fact we probably push more money through their service than alot of accounts do.
And last but not least did I fail to mention that this happened BEFORE the ePassporte deal?
