Probably because too many (some would even say most) webmasters from the Ukraine cheat and/or steal. I'm not saying that you do, but that's unfortunately the consequence of living there. Sucks for you if you're honest, but that's the way it is.

hehe.. all da way i was designin AVS for somebody and when i try doing it for me i know i'm blocked ... fun story. Well....
i have found black on blondes accepting every-fucking-one( i like the ir content, excellent stuff ) .. anything about them?
