I've seen a couple of blooper porn videos. They were mildly funny but not at all erotic. I don't think a whole site would work. Maybe it's better as supplemental/bonus content for your site.
And most of the blooper footage I saw was just regular "behind the scenes" footage, but at the end of a clip, like a light would burn out, or some chick would yell cut and ask for lube.

I don't know how many times I've been doing a video and a phone rings or there's a knock at the door. I've learned (most of the time, anyway) to turn my cell off and tell everyone else present to do the same.
And in still shoots, there are always the blink shots and the crotch shots where the girl has a dingleberry the size of Montana (or some brown remnant of the burrito she had for lunch yesterday) that you don't notice till you sit down to look at the shots.
