no offence, but, i don't see this really being that convienent. I mean, either way, the client still needs to interact with you at some point to give details and such about the design, only takes a few minutes anyway to give a price qoute, and to recieve payment.

tried that approach a few years ago.... doesn't work out too well.

Would you go to an architect's website and put blueprints for your new house in some Paypal shopping cart?
