    Chaturbate DMCA notice

    I Just visit lumendatabase.org and type my website and got too many result :


    Its really true Chaturbate complain to google about this?
    I dont save their images. i only use hotlinking & iframe. i dont use watermark too.

    I found megacams received too many DMCA Complaint to Google. trying to visit their site and image linking to roomimg.stream.highwebmedia.com/ri/... also

    I saw sexcamly change their content and dont put any models on their site just redirect to their whitelabel. and almost their keywords is down to nowhere

    Also please anyone can tell me is livefreecamx using whitelabel or api? its look whitelabel but got index on google.

    Im new and maybe i dont read their new policy.

                  Ok but I also check some of my domains and I some of it is reported about sharing video content with i never do . Is anybody from chaturbate / bonga who can give us a explanation - for few of my domains this database is pure shit. With I think is just a random copy and paste urls and nothing more.

                  Obviously I know how DMCA work (I use it myself few times) and this is not a easy story - well maybe for big brands it is.

                      Agree.. we waiting chaturbate to explain about this condition. its not stealth content, because we just hotlinking image and iframe.
                      I got reported too for xxx.com/category/couple/ . this not exact models url.

                          I asked what site yours was so I could take a look at the exact notice that you were referencing so that I could attempt to answer your original question.

                          Megacams.me is in there because they are storing the images on their server from what I can see.

                          Most of the others I checked had videos recorded or had images stored. I did find one or 2 that I could not tell why they were there and were probably picked up by chaturbate by accident.

                          But as I said, I was trying to answer your question and for that I would have to look at the notice your site was listed in.

                              This is a HUGE issue! I have many pages reported.

                              "The reported content are pirated videos recorded from Chaturbate.com models live performances. Links to stilled content from Chaturbate.com below. Pursuant to 17 USC 512(c)(3)(A)(ii) the official website for 'profiles.myfreecams.com' and 'chaturbate.com' includes a cumulative episode list at the below url.                               Are absolutely NOT recorded feeds but in real time with API provided by Chaturbate.

                              I don't keep any content from Chaturbate on my server, simply i using their iframes provided by their affiliation program.

                              Chaturbate earn 80% of every user that spending and that is referred by us.

                              So i really don't know why this is happening and i hope that someone of Chaturbate will help to understand.

                              I have trust in Chaturbate, they always paid me regularly as every affiliation program should be do.

                                  You are wrong megacams.me is also using https://roomimg.stream.highwebmedia.com/ri/ for chaturbate image linking, right click the image and see for yourself
                                  Someone needs to send chaturbate staff a link to this topic so they can see it and comment on it

                                      Quick checked this site (lumendatabase.org).
                                      All sites in top google results that are using Chaturbate's API have tons of DCMA starting about 1-2 months ago.

                                      We need here official reply from Chaturbate how to promote them from now , as we see SEO for that model is dead.

                                                              I think someone got a little crazy with the DMCAs. It happens, ya know? People do a search term (like a user name) and then don't scrub the results properly and drop it into the report form.

                                                                                                              I watch semrush pretty carefully and watch the number of my keywords in the top 3 change every day.

I feel like chaturbate can do a lot more then what they are doing, this is killing affiliates and they don't give a shit

                                                                                                                                      Take a look keywords for sex cams on google. big/genuine website (chaturbate, cam4, bonga etc) still be the winner.

                                                                                                                                      with this condition, affilliate lost the money but not website owner & the cam models.

What I told them is I am an approved affliate to market chaturbate material and the material comes from their API. Should I've added something else some key words to use or something?
