so who´s been following the cyling through south France & Spain?
I´m impressed, these guys cycle like 150miles each day! The heat here is excruciating & the hills through Spain, you wouldn´t want to walk up on a day when it´s hot here...

A congrats to the British cyclist Chris Froome for yesterday´s win of first place!
We missed the race live, a shame as it went through our own home town here in Torrevieja. The roads all closed off we hear, & Gary´s doing his nut as he wanted to get some photos & film as they rode past. We´re always going places, taking interesting pics, whether of the animals, bull runs or castles...
anyway, the race is still on, wondering about going south to watch the next stage!
