Actually if a lesson was learned it would have been to devlop a better evacuation system but they just decided to not try.. Obviously no lesson was learned. FL has mass evacuations like this when there are storms there and we are talking entire sections of a state not just one city..
Honestly this entire thing is so very fucking Texas.. Shit loads of people with aditutes that they know better.. A entire state full of them.. Notice in that article the state of Louisiana declared a state of emergency on Thursday of last week to tell its residents to prepare to evacuate just incase and they wernt even in the direct path.... Meanwhile nothing but excuses from Texas.
