I am happy to officially announce that The Oktoberfest Gathering (http://www.theoktoberfestgathering.com) is back thanks to the help of a number of people who helped organize it as well as the number of sponsors who were interested in being a part of the event. As a result of some circumstances we have the availability of 1 maybe 2 sponsorships left. If anyone is interested please contact Joel or myself for details.
It is the sponsors who determine who is coming to this event. So if you wish to come I would recommend asking one of our sponsors to add you to their guest list if they have room. If some sponsors don't fill their quota or we end up short 1 or 2 sponsors we will then take the applicants who have submitted their request via the website for a small fee just to cover the basic costs.
