                    I would assume since mutt isn't the webmaster or connected with the site in question and the contact on the contact page isn't replying to anyone or fixing it we can assume it's a "screw the affiliates" type of thing.

                                It wouldn't surprise me if some affiliates find a way to get back when programs do this, maybe giving out warnings to surfers about a site or something

                                    I meant more that the webmaster of the site may have set things up so that Mutt sees what he thinks is a 'normal' site. To buy more time before the scam is discovered.

                                    Just speculating since everyone but Mutt sees Verotel.

                                        Mutt has probably parted on good terms with them and they might want to work with him again, so maybe that explains the special treatment.
