    Looking for DAGNY and SPUNKMOUTH

    I'm working with a long-retired performer who hasn't done a scene in three generations of the adult internet. She's trying to buy back or negotiate a takedown of her ancient scenes because they keep coming around to haunt her - and she's lost professional jobs as a result. They are indexed under her real name on the tubes. I've known her 15 years. A really nice person, then and now.

    We can't locate the present wherabouts of Dagny from the old CumonDagny site that was done by a couple in San Diego - and we can't get in touch with anyone at Spunkmouth who can react to this.

    I'd appreciate any help in making contact.

      Not legal info (I don't know all details and the jurisdiction), but could she win a case for takedown rights from:
      - Criminal harassment
      - Leak of personal info that may be deemed inappropriate
      - Failure to sign proper docs (2257, model release, IDs)

      There's nothing that may be done based on the fact her real name is linked to these?

          One of my old models... just changed her name. Sort of like changing her name from "Nicole" to "Nikki". She was impossible to find on Facebook until she hit me up.
