A) Trump is selfish and he's on vacation, it's all about him. B) Trump doesn't take the threat seriously, if he did, he'd be heading back to the Whitehouse. I'd be more concern that NK has the third biggest arsenal of Chemical and Biological weapons than their nuclear capabilities.
