Thanks for posting, i see you work for darkblue aka roar aka pageseeker.com

So from what your saying and who you work for it, its Dean Shannon and company, because the only 2 Hitters from brisbane are greg and dean.

That would explain all of the spam, Intergals mail list is BIG, it stretches some 7+ years of emails.

Adult Webmaster,

You are cordially invited to join us for the worldwide launch of Swoit.com - the change the adult industry has been waiting for.

Swoit.com offers web surfers unlimited access to HUNDREDS of real live Internet adult paysites with just one subscription! And we're not talking about AVS sites or paysites you've never heard of before, we already have dozens of big name paysites participating, with niches like Bisexual, Shemales, Fetish, Anal, Plumpers and a featured women's section provided by Purve.com

We're also adding new paysites to Swoit every day, because we offer paysite owners a massive financial incentive to do so (see below for details).

Make more money with Swoit than you could ever make with any per-signup program
Webmasters, earn $15 per signup AND recurring for all your signups!
Retentions that are out of this world
Members can search for sites in easy to navigate categories
Paysite owners, add your members areas and earn $$$
Promote big name paysites with 100's of niches, all in 1 subscription

Swoit works by paying affiliates a 50% recurring commission on a monthly subscription to Swoit.com. That's $15.00 for every signup you send plus $15 recurring per signup forever. We believe Swoit.com will be the first ever revshare program to truly offer webmasters a compelling reason to switch away from regular per-signup programs, because of our superior membership retentions and extremely high payouts. Because we are adding new paysites every day, and the paysites that are already within Swoit are being constantly updated by their owners, we expect many members to make Swoit.com the only adult paysite they ever need to join. For affiliates, these massive retentions means massive dollars in their pockets.

In fact, a member only has to stay with Swoit.com for 2 rebills (31 days) and you've already made $30 income, the same as most per signup programs these days. However we anticipate membership retentions to far exceed that -- imagine if your member stayed 10 months, that's 10 x $15 or $150 per signup!

Webmasters who own and operate their own paysites (big or small) can partner with Swoit and make their paysites available to Swoit.com members. We accept all legitimate paysites ranging from the biggest MEGA sites, to the small owner-operated amateur or CAM sites because good variety will ensure excellent member retention. All sites are checked and approved by an examiner before they become available to members, so members can expect an excellent selection of sites of a very high quality.

As a payment to partners, Swoit distributes an enormous 40% of its ENTIRE MONTHLY REBILLINGS to it's partners. With an aggressive 3 month forecast of 100,000 members, that's over $1.35 million dollars PER MONTH we will be paying to our partners. The exact distribution will be determined by usage per site -- ie. the more time Swoit members spend at your site, the more the site owner gets paid.

If you have a unique members area or cover a rare niche, your site will attract more of our members for longer, and earn you extra money for doing nothing more than subscribing it to Swoit!

Create an account instantly at http://www.swoit.com and start earning big bucks!!

* HIGHER RETENTIONS
* HIGHER PAYOUTS
* HIGHER PROFITS

. now that's Swoit!

Don't miss out - for more information, visit the 'webmasters' section at:
http://www.swoit.com

This is a one-time Adult mailing - you will not be contacted by us again

Greetings,

Due to the overwhelming response to our program launch yesterday, we have taken the time to sift through all your various questions and queries and answer them in one thread.

Before we do, let me just say that this has been the most incredible journey for us, and while we have received an unprecedented amount of interest (good and bad). We are very proud of our product and will continue on our quest to make it the single most profitable program ever for both affiliates and paysite owners.

a) The Swoit Concept

Firstly, it seems that the concept of Swoit has been well received by most webmasters, and we have had alot of good feedback from webmasters who want to know more about the model. As Swoit grows and grows over the weeks and months, it will become an enormous system with hundreds (and long term, thousands) of high quality participating paysites.

We believe this is fairly revolutionary in the industry, and is probably going to be the next logical step. Surfers these days are bored joining just one paysite, and the decline in membership retentions is proof of this. Swoit is a system which has been designed by webmasters for webmasters. We reinvest 90% of our income back into our affiliates and partners and we're happy to support the community that will support us.

b) The Launch Email

There has been alot of talk devoted to our launch email - this email was drafted by us a few weeks ago, and we subsequently had contact with a small company in Europe who could both supply a webmaster list AND do the sending for us. We took them up on this offer in good faith and, well... the rest is history. I am not sure where they sourced their lists from, but there is obviously alot of non adult addresses in there. Suffice to say that the inconvenience to webmasters who did not wish to receive our launch email was regrettable, and we will not be dealing with this company again.

c) Who Are We?

Swoit is run by Ingenic Limited, which is a company comprised of mainly technical people who have been in the industry many years. Ingenic (under it's old name, Zarvon) did do technical support for Intergal and Sexhit for many years, but is no longer associated with the operations of these programs in any way. Similiarly, CJ is a very good friend and is lending a hand with the promotions of Swoit - thanks CJ!

Swoit does however have a of of participating sites owned by many different webmasters from Australia - most of all who are close friends of Ingenic and would lend their support for the program launch. This is where much of the confusion has been about where the ownership lies.

d) Content licenses for Paysites

There has been the suggestion that the Swoit model (for paysites) may violate the content licenses imposed by some third party content providers. Let me explain briefly how this is false.

When a Swoit member wishes to visit a paysite, an entry is made into that paysite's password file with a randomly generated username and password. The Swoit member then visits that paysite as if they had joined it directly They are free to enjoy the paysite as a regular member would. When their session is finished, their access is removed.

Swoit does not, in any way attempt to mask or hide the paysite the member is going to in an attempt to convey ownership of the content. In fact we take great pride in presenting all our paysites clearly, with full screen shots and descriptions. Quite frankly, increased usage of content will actually lead to increased revenue for content providers which is a very good thing.

e) Partners - A few Questions Answered

In a nut shell, for all people who provide paysites for our model, we distribute a huge 40% of our entire income to them each and every day. The 40% is apportioned to each site based on the sites usage for that particular day -- so sites which receive alot of usage will get a higher percentage of the income.

This was done to encourage paysites to keep their quality high. For example a paysite which is good will hold members for a long time. A paysite which offers very little will not hold members for long. It's only fair to reward good paysites with their dues.

A crucial fact that we omitted is that each member can only have one site open at a time. So while he has a particular paysite open, that paysite is accumulating minutes and earning revenue.

Regarding the 2 standard deviation calculation, this is done for fraud checking purposes. In reality, any normal site will not be affected by this, only sites with extreme variances in usage will be flagged.

In general, thank you for all the good support and feedback we have received. We have had extremely strong interest from both affiliates and partners, and should be adding another 20 or so new paysites immediately covering such niches as toons, gay and latex/fetish to name a few.

Regards,

the Swoit team

These are more than just premium sites - some of the paysites that we are in the process of approving are really HOT - the quality and variety is outstanding They are going to be a huge drawcard with traffic conversions.

And we actually *PAY* our paysites for participating - for allowing surfers that they *didnt* refer to visit them.

Hi Matt

We dont have any addresses - we commissioned a small co. in the EU to do it for us.

We didnt expect anywhere near this kind of fallout. It's been good and bad. The exposure is priceless but now we're tagged as spammers. I apologise on behalf of Swoit to all those who received a spam to a non adult address - that was never out intention :-)

I dont know where they got the lists - it sounds to me like they've done a huge harvesting job or something. regardless we're not dealing with them ever again.

Well, either way, your mail spam isn't in compliance with laws. There is no way to unsubscribe my email address from the list used. It doesn't matter if "This is a one-time Adult mailing - you will not be contacted by us again". Please tell us the company you used so we may contact them *nicely*.

And worth throwing some traffic at it.

Hello Swoit and CJ

Reading through the posts I still cannot find (yet, but still looking) who the owner of this new program that is touted as being the biggest thing since sliced bread.

dont get me wrong, what you have designed looks different and worthy of consideration

But please, stop with the cloak and dagger stuff and say who owns the program, so I know who I am considering doing business with?

If the owner is Steve from Zarvon, then I would have no issue in doing business with him. If it is one of the other Aussies, I may have some issues

So WHO OWNS SWOIT?

Please

I would be interested as well. Even though, it's more of a pissed-off reason, and not a wanting-to-do-business as HardProfits has. :)

Cheers,
Matt

I got this fucking email from several of my domains that don't even have actual addresses, just forwards from "postmaster@"! Some that have never gotten ANY mails, EVER!

But now that I've read it through,I will be submitting all sites on:

in the am.

The way I see it, is it does no harm to get in at the ground floor might suit jaded surfers.

And worth throwing some traffic at it.

WTF :)

Ground floor is cool...

I have a question...with avs sites you can put your own tracking in place to know how many people are coming into your members area. Does anyone know how you can track the number of minutes that surfers have been on your site? how can you track minutes? I should read the fine print I think... but I am thinking that some slob could go to sleep with the page open on my site? LOL

that would be nice.

But my point is how does a site owner double check the figures on this one? Is there stats that can be put on my page? See I figure that if some really big traffic starts to happen skimming of a few percents is alot to smaller sites like what I have.

Am I missing something?
