Tech How to Burn MP3 to CD?

The last time I burned a CD was in like 2004.

Anyway. I have some MP3 files on my laptop I would like to burn to CD.
I tried using Windows Media Player but for some reason it keeps throwing up errors and won't burn to disc.
Don't know if it's copyright protection or something.

Anyway. Can someone advise the best way to get these songs onto MP3 CD.

It's been 16 years or more since I've done it, but I think you drop the mp3 files just like you were backing them up. The it's up to the Cd player to detect them. Not the same as converting to wav fro an audio Cd.

            Smack dat, I use this:
            https://cdburnerxp.se/en/home

It even works perfect in my vette's navigation cd player. Unlike other mp3 software which wouldn't play in my vette.

              I use this one too.
Click "data disc" , drag and drop your MP3s and click burn.

It's light, easy, fast and free.

Consider using Alcohol120% or Nero Burning ROM.

I would vote for that one
I like NERO but it's fucking huge and why bother
CDBXP is great for assholes who like to rip youtube films to play on CD in the automobile

PS: Keep the car I'll take the house looking thing
Also- if you have a sign for the security company, get rid of that, and buy a sign from some other company ;)

Nero was great back when CDs were relevant.

I assume you need CDs for a late 90s to mid 2000s car?

Thanks guys. I used that CDburnerXP program and it worked perfect. It also didn't try to rearrange the playlist like WMP and it also fit far more onto a CD than WMP could.
