I've always requested no ICE because they usually fill it with 30% to 40% ice and the rest in the liquid, and THIS makes it even more lame..

you need the ice over here in Spain, it´s so damn hot... but the machines, once you buy one, you can continue filling it up again & again, so the more ice the better

And that is somewhat correct. They price it for X amount of drink and Y amount of ice.
If you want to get more X and less Y that is custom order with more expensive ingredients.
The only downside is how they are labeling the drink, eg do they promise X ml of drink or X ml of drink + ice (or X ml cup, but no promise of X ml drink) etc.
Some people go to bars and ask for cocktail without ice expecting they get more of the drink, lol. No, you get half empty of glass because other part was supposed to be ice.Comment
