On Twitter you can Tweet nudes and it bring traffic to the website..
What about Facebook? You can creat a page but you can't use Facebook ADs because they are against adult content, is there a way to circumvent this thing?

They are strictly against adult so you will get banned quickly. Been there, done that many times.

2hot4fb is an alternative for ads, if you are looking for paid traffic. People have had success with that. Otherwise, use it more for branding. If you want to capture traffic, you need to set up a sfw blog, maybe even use a different URL than your primary brand if your primary brand is obviously adult. Make sure the blog is also sfw. But you can link from the blog to your site and drive traffic that way.

Been their, done that, u will be banned eventually, I just recently had my Facebook Page with 4000 followers banned and deleted. So don't waste your time. But I gotta admit, it was great while it lasted.
