Their transaction processing is down.

Anyone know how to reach them? There's no 24h support.

i'm guessing you already tried to call. their client/help page doesn't seem to load either

Yes I called, but they don't pick-up phones after 5pm.

That means they'll be down at least until 9am pacific, which is in another 4 hours.

They closed business last night when they made their 1999th charge.
