				So long Webair...clusterfuck of hosting...
Without warning sites were partially moved on multible accounts too a new host ONRA just before the July 4th weekend (a very busy time for my mainstream clients and me). They were broken and email accounts stop working or disappeared. What a clusterfuck as at first I thought I was hijacked! I knew I had to leave a while ago but concentrated on what I felt where more urgent things. What a relief I will no longer be able to say...another webair success story. Boy I liked them back in the day but what a thiorn they have been in my side for years! |

				 | I had a very bad experience with them in past. They basically overcharged me for like $500 for no reason when I decided to cancel their service. Too bad I was so naive, I just had to request an immediate cancellation and request a refund from my bank, which will end up costing THEM money, not me. |

				 | Given the Webair name has such a bad reputation, wouldn't it have been better to use the new brand for its Enterprise product offerings? (Former Webair customer here. I usually stick with webhosts for years. Webair was an exception.) |

				 | I have a VPS there for like 8 years and no issues at all. It seems most people having problems used their shared plans. |
