i drink 2-3 cups of coffee soon after awakening, and then a few hours later i switch to the harder stuff... Ballz, Jolt, etc.. i find Ballz to be the real addicting suff, i have yet another case being delivered tomorrow..!

Just a big one in the morning with lots and lots of milk, and in the afternoon i sometimes have a cappucino. Very rarely i drink 2 cups a day and never more. It's not good for your health.

I have 4 Quad esspresso americano's a day (16 shots) plus a pot of coffee... is that bad? Not spiritual? I sleep 4 hours a night, that's enough right?
