Best & Worse Movies You've Seen?

I'm getting ready to add to my DVD collection and want to know about some good flicks and the ones I should avoid. Any genre.

Worst: Signs

Only reason i saw it at the movies was because it had like 7/10 at imdb. I'm 99 % sure somebody has cheated with the votes because there is not chance in hell people think that signs is a good movie.

One Hour Photo with Robin Williams was horrible!

The plot was completely retarded, it could have been done a hundred times better. There was only one quick glimpse of blood, in one of his dreams.

I seriously wanted to see Robin Williams play a serial killer, he could have been so good too

A lot of good movies already listed.

The worst movie I saw in the 80s though is Hardbodies. I still don't know how the hell they got a studio to back Hardbodies 2.

Since we're talking DVD collection, I'll forgo my usual top list and give a best list for DVD's

A Clockwork Orange (damn good flick, made even better in digital)
Saving Private Ryan (if you have surround sound, it doesn't get much better than this)
Bad Taste (ok, had to throw in one of my all-time favorite movies, but the nwe DVD has some great extras)
Glengarry Glenn Ross (ok, so the DVD is ho-hum, still one of the best damn movies ever made)
The Matirx ('nuff said)
Starship Troopers (a big budget b-flick with boobs, bombs, big bugs and amazing sound if you have surround sound)

the worst:
Titanic - fuck, I hated this movie with a passion...

I agree. I downloaded it the other night, I got through about 7 or 8 minutes of it before I gave up. It was creepy, yeah...but that "uncomfortable social situation" creepy, not "scare me out of my mind" creepy.

when/why did "The Professional" become "Leon" or "Leon: The Professional" or vice versa?

This is how I remember it being released... "Leon" appears nowhere in the title...
