You know what. Maybe you guys are right. My grandma cant figure out email. So im gonna protest the rate of a fucking mail stamp and come block your fucking streets so you cant get to work. You have to follow the same procedure for street concerts, rallies, parades, etc.

The biker was disrupting a planned, permitted & paid for protest. Protesters weren't randomly blocking traffic and pissing off motorists. Maybe you see the picture a little more clearly now? San Fransisco is strange, a lot of free speech history there and precise procedures to avoid being fined or arrested for protest without a permit.
