Well, it takes work and it is different for everyone. In my case I have a husband that I love and will be with until 'death do us part' and I have a boyfriend that started as a 'fuck buddy' but has become a friend as well. I am happily loyal to the two of them. They both know and approve of each other. Other people - as I am guessing is the case with Gothweb - share the third person with their orginial partner. Is it always easy? no. Are they worth the complication? Yes.

i don't really consider myself a swinger as I am loyal to those two men. Sometimes I wonder if I am polyamorous but have not been able to make that full mental leap yet. Ohter than that, it's only happened once, in a class in college. I took a class with my friend, and this girl was in his lab group, so they always sat together, and I was always on the other side of him. She ending up getting a crush on me and asked me out to coffee.
