I've created an automatic auto-post system on tumblr, twitter and reddit.

Send, via cronjob 4-5 times a day on these social.

I created these tumblr

Of reddit I do not know anything ... here is not used, I opened an account a couple of years ago just to see how it was and I never did anything else ...

I created a script that publishes on a subreddit, but reddit does not allow me to create one ... says that the account is open shortly (2 years)

For the time being on subreddit xxxpictures, because it seems to let me publish, but surely there are better ones I do not know.

Can you help me understand how to use reddit at best?

I can create multiple accounts based on the type of content (eg tumblr), can it be useful to do so also for reddit? Maybe different subreddit?

Is it worth doing other social networks too? Like StumbleUpon, pinterest, instagram or others?

What to do with this type of content?

Good work. But your Twitter looks a bit spammy to me, try to follow people and not only tweet links. And your Tumblr blog does not use a theme, go get one and customize it a bit.

Since you never used reddit you are not allowed to create a subreddit.
I don't know exactly right now but I think you need at least 5-10 posts to create a subreddit.

I like the idea to create social media accounts, but I don't think that you will succeed only with scripts. People will not follow you for this autogenerated posts. Maybe some, yes but you need to interact with them.

The xxxpictures subdirectory is ok? I do not see the pictures, in other sub, I saw them ...

What is karma?

Reddit requires manual labor by either putting the work in yourself or hiring someone to do it for you. That said, it can be an incredibly valuable platform for driving traffic.

Without going into a lot of unnecessary detail, Reddit has a built-in automatic moderation system that's really, really good at identifying and kicking spam. In this case that would be content that's coming from a bot. The auto mod system can be (and is) further configured and fine tuned by individual subreddits. On top of that, there's a manual component that consists of dedicated moderators manually reviewing posts and users who will report posts that don't meet a subreddit's criteria or violate that sub's rules.

Creating your own subreddit isn't a shortcut. Your content needs to be positioned to find consumers not the other way around. It needs to be presented in a way that's easily consumable by using preferred formats (GIFs, short, Reddit-friendly video clips and galleries) and hosted on platforms that meet individual subreddit posting guidelines. Once you're able to accomplish that, traffic can and will organically flow to your subreddit if you've set one up and/or directly to your site to convert to a sale.

There's so much more that's involved in the process outside of what I outlined but that's a rough idea of things to be considered if you are looking to make any sort of headway on there.
