An outwardly (ie, not needing to 'know someone') adult-friendly bank would be awesome. Not too many of those exist--like close to zero.
Only downside to 'Paxum Bank' is that it's not based in USA (ignore if you're not incorporated there). -

Lol, there is no need to convert it to bank, it can be simply complimentary service , after all paypal is also just ewallet despite them having bank license. Or same as choice bank have firstchoicepay as ewallet.
