I watched the entire thing on CSPAN today and I can tell you right now the libs LOST big time. They were hoping this was it, the big smoking gun. They didn't get it. Instead now Comey reveals Lynch was the one pressuring him so much he couldn't trust going to her LOL, so he leaked the memos......top secret btw and government property to a media outlet. Trump didn't win, libs definitely lost a lot. Biggest loser - Bill Clinton. His meeting with Lynch forced all this in motion with Comey (probably cost HC the election), he couldn't trust trump, couldn't trust his boss so he leaked it and in his memos revealed nothing. No obstruction at all except from lynch who ordered him to drop the HC email investigation. You can call fake nics, redhats whatever. I don't like trump, but the dems got smashed today but nobody WON. It was very revealing how much pressure he was under from Lynch, which then came from Bill Clinton.. He just can't go away, and killed his wife's chances.

The point you are missing here, is yes Comey told Trump that he wasn't a target at "that time", however Trump firing Comey and then publicly admitting he did it to ease the Russian investigation means Trump is now a target in a obstruction of justice case as it was also confirmed Sessions is now part of one.
You seem to have forgotten that because of Trump firing Comey, there is now a special prosecutor. The Special prosecutor happened "BECAUSE TRUMP FIRED COMEY"..
ie if you haven't got it yet, the entire fact that there is now a special prosecutor means Trump is now under investigation for obstruction of justice and Trump has already publicly admitted to obstructing justice.
You don't seem to understand today's hearing was about if Trump attempted to obstruct justice when he fired Comey. You didn't get your desired outcome so now it's on to something else. Lynch will now be the focus of a new probe for obstruction since she DIRECTLY ordered him to drop the HC email probe. Not a single time in Comey's memo's or testimony did he say trump told him to, he said he wished he would. That he wanted him to a loyal. Pressure, yes. Obstruction, no.
