the out of the blue forced gay relationship in such a small group of survivors was so unrealistic and it's totally unrelatable to about 98% of viewers.
It was well acted and that character was the most interesting of the bunch, so it didn't really have an effect on the experience of watching the show, it's just that it was unnecessary.
I bet they had to write it that way from their Hollywood libster bosses to cram as much minorities in there as possible. Well, mission accomplished

you know what is weird? when madison and victor were drinking they had a sexual tension. the zombies ruined it.
