A car in the USA is 2 - 3 times more cheap than in Holland and also in Germany cars are much cheaper than in Holland. All because of extra import taxes for Holland. next to that the deficit in USA is calculated wrong since trump.

example:
a US company is importing for 10 million dollars goods from outside. 5 million of that goods are going directly to another company in canada (because they bought together to receive a cheaper price). in that case the trump administration calculates the complete 10 million
as imports but the 5 million are not valid exports and don´t get cuttet from the 10 million.

that means that this calculation is WRONG!.

but that the US have a trade deficit is based on this facts:

1. us-goods what are bought by a mass of people in the world are not competible
2. exception of 1. are weapons but as the world is not such a crazy place that there are many countries what allow weapons to civil person means: it is not a mass product.
3. the possibilities for companies to reduce taxes - here are a few examples for that:

a. an american oil trade company opens a company in an offshore country. this company funds a company in DELAWARE.
this company is now trading US-OIL to other countries - the profit they make in delaware are TAX FREE !!!!

b. apple is importing 90% of their parts from offshore to US.
in US they only make last works and sell the phone to APPLE i.e. Singapoure for
just a fraction of the real price - let´s say 100 US reduced by the labour in US and the
cost for the imported parts the compnay makes a profit of 5 dollar in US and pay
tax on this 5 dollar.
in singapore this phone is sold for 500 US - apple singapore have a profit of
400 US and pays the low tax in Singapore.
As they do not have to pay tax on this profit as long as this money does not enter
US the money is kept outside - it can never enter the US market and never produce
prosperity there.

so here is the first BIGGLY mistake in trumps thinking!
He wants to lower the tax for american companies - waht means that apple will pay less tax on the 5 dollars profit in the country and they still will not bring back profits from outside - exept this profits will not be taxed in USA.

but now i ask you: how can someone blame tax oasis offshore and allowing a tax oasis in the own country (btw. there are a few thousand of companies in delaware what are part of the trump empire).

and now i ask you another question: if you would be the owner of an empire what is using all this tax tricks - would you stop it? or would you tell the brainwashed that america is gerat again when the company taxes (the 5 dollar profit from apple) is taxed lower?

only with globalisation you can optimize prosperity.

prosperity means that people can afford to buy MANY things with the existing budget.

this is only possible if they can participate on the advantages other countries have.
this can be raw materials, technology or low production costs.

the unanswered question here is how to prevent unfairness in a global market.

here are some examples:

company A is exporting goods to company B (what is owned by A) in another country
for a very low price. but this price is not beeing forwarded to the consumer in this country it is just for safing taxes in the country of company A.
company A will not IMPORT their profits and do not pay tax on them.
but A is profiting from all what in this country exists. streets, infrastructure, knowhow and much more. and all that is paid by the normal tax payers in the country what do not have the same chance to export their profits.

so the real goal is exactly on that point to find ways to lead all profits (no matter where they are realized) back into the GLOBAL CHAIN.

i will try to explain that in a simple example:

if you have 3 brothers and you 4 want to build a house than you would be stupid to let the brickwork this brother do who needs the longest time for it. you will give that to this brother who works faster (what in regards to the global economy means: cheaper)

if all 4 of you can do everything but paint you will ask a neighbour to do it for you.
now you can chose between 2 neigbours but onbe of them makes the work in the half time (or for the half price) you would 100% chose him because you can buy from the safed money more things for yourself. and possibly you can buy this from the neighbour who gave you a bad price for the painting job but he have very cheap apples what he grows in his garden.

this is how global economy works. that everyone get the advantage from the other.
the word "quality" is a word what have changed the meaning in the past 100 years.
it is a word what needs a relation.

i.e.: if you are usually buying a new car every 5 years it is not a question if this car will work for 50 years. for you it is inmportant that it works 5 years and that´s why you would never pay the price for such a car even if it would last for 50 years.

another example:

if a person would make 1000 dollars a month 40 years ago and there would not be any increase in this ammount he have only ONE CHANCE to gain prosperity: to buy things cheaper.
if he can buy 2 breads 40 years later for the same price he paid 40 years before for one - his prosperity have doubled up.


there are many more examples what i could write down now but in fact it is a problem of our own memory and the human peculiarity to become increasingly dissatisfied with increasing prosperity.

but yes - there are problems what have to be resolved and that can not be done with the same messures. we in the western civilisation are profitting from global trade by buying a new car every 5 years and the realtion to that is that a worker in some natiron of the world ganed the same or even MORE prosperity from that by beeing able to feed his family with a pot of rice.

for me - and that makes me different thinker from other globalists - this is NOT unfair because it is a question of relation. a piece of bread can make some people more happy as i am when i buy a new ferrari.

this is OUR advantage - and this is what we have to respect.

the problem is, that the much bigger part of this advantage is taken by people like trump and all his gang.

a country does not work the same corrupt an inhuman way as you can make a company profitable. a country does favours for it´s citizens - in a company is no place for favours.
