quiting smoking ?
Any ideas whats the easiest method of quiting this habbit?
Im not a heavy smoker... smoke around 4 - 5 / day and I'd like to give it up. But I can't seem to give it up. When I try its always on my mind and drives me nuts.

I took Zyban for the first few weeks that I quit, then gave the Zyban up cold turkey, man it fucked with me.. but I'm going on 10 months without a smoke now. I wouldn't have been able to quit without the Zyban at first though, I tried cold turkey and well, I was a walking timebomb...
