I do, I try not to drink a lot of it, but i will only drink diet pop as the real stuff is grossly over sweet. I really don't like it for desserts, splenda and stevia work a bit better for that stuff.

Same here, i found regular coke for instance to be like shoveling sugar in my mouth

don't drink pop at all
only times i drink coke or 7up is the occasional mix drink with alcohol every other week or so. Mostly water, fruit juice, milk

Ahh see that is where I disagree. I have no allusions to the idea that diet pop is in any way good for you, its mostly bullshit with fizzy water, but any juice one can buy has just as much, if not more, sugar in it. Any vitamins contained in its former state are mostly lost through the removal of the fiber of the fruit so it essentially just spikes the blood sugar and goes right through you like nothing. Milk I have a minor issue with as well. I don't think it's necessarily bad for you, it is a much easier way to get your calcium and vitamin D levels up compared to trying to get it from vegetables and supplements alone, but it still does contain 10g of sugar per cup. Fat free, 1%, it doesn't matter, mostly the sugar remains. In fact only heavy cream contains no sugar in it. But I agree with you drinking too much pop is good for no one.

WTF just get a real drink with organic cane sugar!
Johnny Clips got another account! I knew you couldn't stay away for that long lil buddy. But sorry, you don't seem to understand what the word neurotoxin means. It doesn't qualify in this discussion as aspartame has no impact, in the least, with the nervous system. Just as any food anyone from the 20th century and beyond can buy.
In the body, aspartame is broken down into phenylalanine, aspartic acid, and methanol. Under strongly acidic or alkaline conditions, aspartame may generate methanol by hydrolysis. Methanol has a high toxicity in humans. As little as 10 mL of pure methanol ingested is metabolized into formic acid, which can cause permanent blindness by destruction of the optic nerve. 30mL is potentially fatal, although the median lethal dose is typically 100 mL (3.4 fl oz) (i.e. 1–2 mL/kg body weight of pure methanol).
I avoid it as much is possible, tho i think almost nobody use it , eventually some cheap mint refreshment candy like fisherman friend. But i find it crazy how it is still allowed , for example when they were adding it to energetic drinks, literally every energetic drink which i drinked and had it in was causing me strong headache after it. But it seems they figured that out as i don't see they putting it anymore into energetic drinks.
I chew a full pack of aspartame sweetened gum almost daily. I love chewing gum while making vapid cunt-laden FB posts as there is something synergistic about it.
I do and I know it's bad. The adverse effects of a previous sugar addiction I used to have I think, and only in my opinion was worse.
Since working out, cutting sugar, having just sweetener instead with coffee, I've been lean since 2013 and been feeling good. Blood pressure, eye sight and such are good to go.
I also don't hit up fast food though, so I'm not the type to eat mcdonalds and get diet pop on the regular. Fast food visits in the last year for food items has been like 4 or 5 times? And then I get something with chicken and drink water I brought with me.
I think the bad effects are multiplied when you compare results with people who have issues with over eating, smoking, and their general fitness level.
It's kind of funny as well that people freak out about me having aspartame but not about when I drink alcohol. In my books booze is worse and they should be educating me on that, not sweetener.
But I agree with the idea of if you can avoid it, don't do it.
