My funds have been sort of in motion, or in other words stuck in my paxum account for 3 weeks now while trying to withdraw by ACH (or EFT as they call it in paxum) to my U.S bank account which has worked well many times in the past with paxum using all the same account details. The support has been responsive but they cannot do anything about it except tell me to wait for response from their accounting team as their accounting department suddenly started rejecting my withdrawal requests and now their accounting team's response to the support request has been in motion for 10 days. GG.

First they took out the checks withdrawal option, now ACH? Anyone else had similar problems recently?

ah, I see it's still in there but apparently not working again eh? I tell people not to leave lots of money in non FDIC insured wallets. I won't leave anything in paypal, I just use their instant payment feature to fund ad buys that takes it from my bank account but they credit the buy instantly then take the money in a day or two from my business checking. Best way to do it I think unless you want to just wire a bigger amount to exo or somebody, that way is good too. They credit you if you spend a lot instantly as well even though they haven't gotten the wire until the next day.

Similar issues. Getting ridiculous. Waiting to hear from accounting, nothing from Ruth. Funds in limbo. What's going on here, Paxum?
