    I got a DMCA notice

So i got a "Notice of DMCA removal from Google Search"
    blah blah blah...
    Here are the affected URL(s):

    mywebsite.com/tag/webcam
..and a bunch of other website included in the ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING URLS:
    Including pornhub,. etc

Is this even a valid DMCA removal notice? It's so broad, i mean there are literally thousand of videos in that category.

What do usually do next with that?

Change the name of the tag so it will appear on the search results.

I remove the content, keep the blog post up and counter DMCA saying I wrote the content and took any infringing content down.

How can i take the content down when the complained url is the entire "webcam" category. I am using the content respecting the fair use policy.

And there are thousands of videos, pictures and descriptions there.
The orignating URL of the complain is https://chaturbate.com/karen_lv/
And her channel is even blocked there.

Anyway, submitted a counter DMCA. And let's see.

A lot of DMCA nonsense is sent out by models or first time cam sluts or dudes thinking money is gonna roll in. Then they realize their room is saved or archived somewhere and get butt hurt about it. If you do an RSS feed and it's saved, delete the post. If not-- fuck it.

I once had complaint from playboy model for having "her first and last name" in pornstar index. She was mentioning some "new york privacy law". I removed it so she can stop bothering me, but she was even demanding to remove it from yahoo/google index which is impossible as it takes time for search engines to update.

As i said, unless you receiving search engine traffic directly to your webcam section, dont bother. But yes it's a stupid thing.

You're in the wrong business if you get attached to content.

On the rare instance you get a DMCA take the content down and move on.

The only people attached to content are those with rights to it and you don't want your business and personal life targeted so you act in good will and comply with the law it's common sense
