Google page rank tool bar

anyone know why mine is grey on all pages I visit?
I must have changed something in IE 6 or my firewall software, don't know what though

same here.

my googlebar has not showed me page rank in like 6 months.

i have installed, reinstalled blah blah doesnt fix anything.

if I want to see page rank i have to jump on another machine.

Check your options, privacy settings, you have to set it to allow to the toolbar to contact google for that information.

Firewall's shouldn't block it, since it's an outbound established communication.

Yep you just have to choose the advanced options...mine has always showed PR fine

mine is checked to display pagerank.

the google tool bar options are not hard to read man, im not that dumb

Use Google, lazy.

If you are behind a proxy web server, it may be interfering with the page information requests that the Google Toolbar makes in order to fetch page information. The Squid Web Caching Proxy has been known to have this problem. Note that the PageRank display will not automatically fetch information from pages with CGI arguments (that is, pages with a "?" present in the URL).
