Im selling a network of adult websites with over 675.000 unqiue daily users (20.2M/month) with constant growth every week on the biggest website, being heavily community-oriented. Total registered users around the sites are around 2M.
The websites are 5 in total, 3 of them being customly coded and completely unique from the other wordpress adult sites on the web. Other 2 are using already existing frameworks.
More information will be released only after proof of funds to buy it (so we bypass the small talks and info leechers, got those a lot in my other sales). Don't bother sending emails "I can offer X amount and not more", im not in a hurry and will keep the websites, if no interest is shown.
Monthly income is ~20.500 USD (running non-aggressive and not annoying ads, you can easily get more with running more ads) + 20-30k/year selling backlinks. One of the sites is currently not running ads as im still waiting it to grow, so that will be +~2k/mo soon.
Your only job is to handle the scaling of the websites (every few months or so). Otherwise, the websites are a passive income and you can just let them be.
Final asking price is 15 months of income - $307.000.
Reason for selling: burnt out from the adult industry, want to lay back and start a new mainstream project
Transaction will be done via epik's escrow service. They allow all types of methods for funding the payment (crypto, bank, etc.)
