You should always download thumblains and host them on your servers.

Just click the right button and choose Inspect, if you use the Chrome browser and there will be the link to the thumbnail. For example: bi.phncdn.com/videos/201704/24/114346721/original/(m=ecuK8daaaa)7.jpg.

If you're doing it manually already, then consider to extract few thumbnails from the video, to make animated previews.

And btw on hub traffic they show you how to get those thumbnails from their API. If you used the dump file or REST api, it is under `{pictures: []}` in the response.

How did you load the data? What is the CMS?
