Searching for the Ultimate Office Chair
I'm searching for a new office chair. Seen some in Frontgate and Hammacher catalogs that were upper end and came in various sizes. I can't find them now. Any ideas?

 | Get the Aeron. Or there's like a King Aeron you can get at Copenhagen. You're loaded, PK do you hate your ass? I think not. Treat your ass (not to mention your spine) with the respect it deserves. The Rolls Royce of office chars is like $1400

 | PK! Get the Aeron, you will not regret it The mesh is really comfy. The only thing I dont like about the mesh is that it sometimes will snag things like silk sweaters and stuff but thats rare. |

 | I assume they ship in parts and have to be put together. Is that very involved?

That is a fantastically ugly chair. That thing is actually comfortable? It looks like some sort of 25th century furniture nightmare. SpaceAce

 | I purchased mine from a store called "Relax The Back" do you have one in your area? Being in it is amazing! You lie back, swing the keyboard and monitor to you....was much more comfortable to me than the Aeron here is the link to their site, although i did not see it listed on the site, i would contact a store near you. The one in Los Angeles near me had one on display in their store http://www.relaxtheback.com

 | Multiple choices: a: It's mighty fast but not very comfy... b: Technologiacally a little behind, but it still will make ya hell lot of fire under your snagglepussy... c: This one is for emergencies... when those pathetic cheaters drive you insane. Quick release for a quick break from work... d: Model Barber Chair. Too sexy to work in though. |

I tried the Aeron and another "ergonomic" chair from Herman Miller (but not the one on the link). They just weren't comfortable to me. I went up to Office Max and spent about a 2 hours plopping myself into every chair they had and the most comfortable one to ME was a $100 (discontinued item on sale) leather high backed executive chair. That was 3 years ago and I still LOVE it!

 | Aeron is the best imho. I've had mine nearly 2 years and can sit it it all day and not have any problems, no sore ass or achy back. It's fully adjustable for height, tilt etc and the new posture support is very good. The mesh is actually a lot more comfortable to sit on all day than some foam padded seat for me anyway.

 | The Aeron Chair is the only way to go! Standard price for one with all the bells and whistles is $799 I think. I grabbed mine for $599 from a wholesaler. LMK if you want his info.

 | Chair choice depends on the ass that will sit on it the Aeron chair DOES come in 3 sizes. you need to sit in it to determine which is best. Most upscale office stores will have one for you to try. There is a discount supplier out of Los Angeles if you decide to buy one. The Relax the Back Store has several ergonomic chairs on display, as well as the MICROSPHERE. The Microsphere is as close to an anti-gravity chair as you can get. If you have hip or lower back pain from sitting, this might work for you. The fact that the monitor and keyboard swing to you, its like lying down while you type. In any case...its all about the comfort of your personal ass! Go sit on a few of them
