As usual, the FBI gives immunity to encourage people to spill the dirt on higher ups. There was no dirt.

The FBI will give Trump grunts like Flynn immunity to spill the dirt on him, they likely have already to some, and we just don't know it yet.

comey should never have re-opened the investigation in october - because he should have recommended a grand jury to investigate the whole mess. but instead, he worked with loretta to bury the entire thing.
