    Business Moneymaking strategy in adult

Hi guys. I'm kind a newbie in here and in adult in general. I'm a CEO of small software development company, I have technical and management background and I always wanted to make some side project in adult. I've been reading this forum a while and it is cool. I love the way you discuss things here and I hope would have a nice talk
So my question is. What do you think is a better (most profitable and scalable strategy for a webmaster: create one high quality content project and focus on it. Or create a network of lower quality sites and grow that network? Let's take some middle term like a one year.
I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

Nobody can answer that question for you directly, there are so many factors and other things you would need to figure out before deciding, some people succeed with one website and some do horrible and some succeed with multiple and some also do horrible but it all comes down to you and how much work you put into it, how bad you want it

Thank you for the answer. Sure it is all individual in most cases. Please share your opinion what would you do if you are in the start of the road and need to make a choice
And let's fix another head of triangle. Let's suppose that we are targeted to $5000 rev per month.

let me share with you my short experience.

I'm running automated Tumblr and Twitter bots, that creates content 24/7. I've discovered that there are thousands of bots on these networks that are just follow each other. Tiny percent are humans that will potentially view or even click.

I bought old domains and started a network of tube and gallery websites. Each one is custom made, with at least 1m videos, and focus on some niche. But mainly on HD and quality content.

Only 1 took off, with 3-4k daily after 2-3 months.

If you are a software company you are probably looking for some advantage, so here what you can do:
        * Automate content creation (upload, resize, grab content, create fhg)
        * Automate social media and marketing (aka spam?)
        * Be able to create very large sites with social network features, like lists, messaging
        * Create a good search engine
        * If you're new, then keep doing software and sell it to adult companies.

And I think the most important features will be:
        * Adult content on TV (you can feature multiple premium networks and affiliate with them)
        * Live chat

A fact is that many girls prefer to cam, and they don't need big productions to make money. Customer will either pay for the high end content, or direct contact (nudes, chat) with those girls.

@tomash999 - This is one of the most useful tips I've seen posted on here in a while, thanks for going to the efforts to write it out.
Between all the bots and few humans, how do you find clicks generally twitter vs tumblr?
I have a strong hold on twitter but never ventured across to tumblr. Worth it?

            Thanks

            -Zen.

                @OneMillionGirls, @Zen- thanks!

@Zen- More clicks from Tumblr. Also blogspot is a good tool, although I didn't automated the posting there. It helped to index the content as well.

Twitter has a good reach, but there is a problem with NSFW continent.

Your account can be terminated if you are spamming or not marking it as NSFW on Twitter. And if you do, they hide your profile and the content, unless someone click to see.

If you are already established yourself as a brand or performer, then people will look for your update and retweet it. So tagging accounts and using hashtags is important.

@OneMillionGirls yes TweetDeck is very powerful also to see other's activities, to understand how other accounts works.

But the advantage of bot, is that is more convenience to authorize it and let it work. This is example workflow:

                * Log in to your affiliate account and copy the FHG/FHV urls.
                * Download the zip files, extract, resize and post into the tube site.
                * For each account: Publish a photo with URL on Twitter and Tumblr.

You can analyze hashtags, likes, see what is popular and repost it. Usually it works. Since there are other bots, they will like and retweet without checking your content.

I think he uses the content of the website he promote. So like trailer video's and FHG.

                      Here is the answer:

Not true, I embed the videos from the largest tube sites. This is how I reached millions of videos quickly, and it is way more cheaper on the hosting and low risk.

I said that I extract zip files from FHG,FHV. As far as I know, they don't package zip files for thieves.

The largest tube sites started and still steal content from premium network, then they charge premium to remove ads or to watch other's content. I hate it.

online porn success is pretty simple. its all about the traffic. your site/network/empire needs traffic to survive and grow. you can get traffic one of two ways - buy it or generate it yourself.

figuring out how you will get traffic answers your question.

you can master traffic generation first, then use that asset to build your great amazing paysite. OR you can start working on your great amazing paysite and buy the traffic. it just depends how fast you want to start and how much you want to spend.

FYI most tube sites promote content but also host STOLEN content and do not police it for obvious reasons...not unless somebody sends them DMCA notice ( my business affairs dept. sends them to just about every major tube and quite frequently), whereas my marketing dept. uploads to many of the same tubes short clips. Stupid I know, but...

...my rule of thumb is: if the "tube clip" is 10 min. or less, it is probably promoted by the owners and thus legit. Anything over 12 minutes is probably stolen and the copyright owners did not yet discover it....

So, if on any of your sites have "embbeded videos" longer then 10 minutes they are probably stolen and you participate in theft and piracy. Relying on the legitimacy of a tube is akin to saying...

"You honor, I did not know she was 14....., this guy ( see below) told me she was over 18"
