I'd say CDN is generally still very expensive for regular tubes. You probably need to do large amount of BW to be able to get some super low rates.

$0,15/gbyte = $4500 for 30tb (roughly 100mbit sustained)
Most CDNs in adult offer that for $100-150.

Yep, but now I'm not sure... OP says 0,15cent ($0,015) per GB not $0,15/GB, then 30TB would cost $450, still too much but more realistic.

What provider/network or is it a federated setup?
How many pops?
Full global pops or just NA+EU?
What is the feature set of the service... SSL, real time purge, stats, etc, etc?
If it's a legit service just post your site...??

The price of 0,0015$ for 1GB ($1,5 for TB and so on) is available for everybody (any geos), no minim traffic required.
