Do you think $1/G is expensive for a site that does maybe 100G a month? Not sure what others are paying...

yeah, depends on the bandwidth,
cogent = you shouldn't be paying more than 50 cents global crossing = 65-80 cents depending on amount if you need a good deal, check my sig.
