                          The National Day of Prayer became an officially marked celebration on 1952 when it was signed into law by President Harry S. Truman. In 1988, President Ronald Reagan signed a bill officially naming the first Thursday in May as a "National Day of Prayer."

                              Do you even know what he signed? It's an EO that legalizes discrimination biased on religious beliefs. Granted as almost all his EO's are worthless pieces of paper with out congress making it law.. There is however nothing that gives Republicans boners more than being able to discriminate, so it will likely fly through congress with flying colors..
