I've been there....it's VERY nice and the people are very friendly.
In Cuba it seems like time stood still for at least 50 years. I'll

my friends go there every year,They always told me that its really non expensive trip.
they told a story how they lost their shoes in hotel - some sweet Cuba boy stole them

I would prefer Dominicana because I love davidoff cigars and would like to see how they do that great hand made stuff there

Plenty of good memories from Cuba here

. Very firendly people, awesome beaches and good party time, but I suggest you stay in a 4.5 to 5 stars resorts. Anything lower might make your experience a bit more primitive.

One more thing, for the buck, it's quite cheap for what it offers.

Yeah I'm very happy with it I take it everywhere the only bad
thing is they eat too much batteries. I always turn off the LCD
that helps but still.....insane..

And it's a bit too big....not the most convenient size camera
to walk around with....but at the time I bought it it was the shitz
and picture quality wise I'm still impressed.

Of course they do... they stamp "banco" on it and every fucking airport officer knows what it is... and it's very easy to get in trouble upon return to US.

Had four friends that went to cuba severl years ago. Three of which spoke fluent spanish, none looked Cuban or Spanish.

When they went through customs the last one through, (he did not speak spansih and was the only one that had blond hair and blue eyes) was stoped. They looked at his passport, saw that he had been all over Europ and took him into a room and interogated him.They would not let the other three back to him to see what was going on.

Turns out they thought he was a spy(or at least that was their story), and after severl hours of intergation, put him back on a plane scared shitless, and returned him back to Mexico (T.J was where they had to catch the plane).

The other three continued their trip and had a blast with lots of hoochie stories.
